The foundation of Chick’n Go Inc. is based on the value of innovation and customer responsibility. Moreover, the sole purpose of the company is to provide healthy, yet tasty fried chicken thigh steaks to the public. Chick’n Go Inc was founded in 2018 by Andy (Yi-Ming) Lin, his goal was to combine the element of western cuisine with the east to create a new level of sensation to the taste bud.
Fried Chicken steak is a common snack in Taiwanese culture; however, the similarity between all varieties are all alike. Chick’n Go was formed to differentiate with the rest of the market. With training from Le Cordon Bleu and restaurant experience, the founder was inspired to infused the French flavor with the Taiwanese snack. Not only the fried chicken thigh but also this mind set is applied to rest of the provided products.
Food and safety is the most essential element that the company focused on the most. By understanding and staying connected with the supplier, requesting legal documentation for the products, and other practices to insure the best quality given to the public is the responsibility that we incorporated into the company’s characteristics.
